Before any physiotherapy treatment can begin, vet consent is required. Treatment will not proceed without it.

All new enquiries start with an initial consultation, which includes a full assessment of your animal. Follow-up sessions and any prescribed exercises or treatment findings will always be shared with your veterinary surgeon, and your vet and physiotherapist will remain in contact throughout your animal’s care.

You have three options for submitting an enquiry:

1. Fill in the form and wait for us to contact your vet to obtain consent.

2. Fill in the form and have your vet complete a vet consent form so we have both your enquiry and approval ready.

3. Contact us directly through email or message.

All physiotherapy sessions are by appointment only.

You will be contacted directly by Louise to arrange a suitable time — appointments cannot be made independently by clients. This ensures each animal receives a fully personalised assessment and that vet consent is confirmed before treatment begins.
